Soror Nala McCrimmon
Nala I. McCrimmon was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, and always had dreams of becoming a lawyer since she participated in the Harlem Youth Court while she was in high school. During her senior year of college, Nala completed an internship in human resources, which would spark the beginning of her love for employment law. In 2017, Nala received a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Brockport in Health Science, focusing on healthcare administration. During that same year, Nala began her career in human resources at the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). In December 2020, Nala received a Master's degree from Wake Forest University in the Studies of Law, focusing on human resources management. With Nala's love for employment law, she decided it was time to finally pursue her dream and go to law school. After working at WCS for four years, Nala moved to Durham, North Carolina, and started law school in August 2021. On May 3rd, 2024, Nala graduated Cum Laude and received her Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. Nala will be sitting for the July 2024 Bar Exam and is looking forward to a rewarding legal career.Â
