The Beta Lambda Sigma Foundation (BLSCF) serves as the charitable arm of the Beta Lambda Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Established in 2020, BLSCF is a 501(c)(3) organization and is the primary funder of Beta Lambda Sigma’s service programs which focus on youth empowerment, health and wellness, and educational enrichment. BLSCF also provides scholarships to deserving and exemplary college-bound high school seniors and continuing college students in North Carolina.

 

The Beta Lambda Sigma Alumnae Chapter was established in 1949 to serve the city of Raleigh and Wake County.  Since its chartering, Beta Lambda Sigma has worked tirelessly to impact its service area through implementation of the Sorority's national programs and spearheading local initiatives to address additional issues that specifically impact Wake County.  

 

Beta Lambda Sigma has been recognized at a local, regional, and national level for its efforts in exemplifying the Sorority’s slogan, “Greater Service, Greater Progress”, garnering awards and recognition internally and externally.
